Kichu Krishnan’s journey is a testament to the power of lifelong learning, mentorship, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. In 1991, he founded Use Time. The courses of Use Time were designed to increase Personal and Organisational Productivity. He has conducted Customised workshops for prestigious companies such as Infosys, Barclays, Yahoo, Deloitte, Fidelity, Ernst & Young, SAP, Tally, Ariba Technologies, RIL, Avaya Technologies, Mavenir, MHE Serve, Artisan Pride, and many others.

He continues to inspire and lead by example, offering transformative experiences that elevate the potential of every individual and organisation he engages with. His legacy is not just in the success stories he has helped create but in the ongoing impact of his work on the Personal and Organisational productivity.

In 1986, he founded Sirius Controls. Sirius Controls, a manufacturing company, designed and manufactures state-of-the-art Industrial Battery Chargers. It blossomed into the foremost battery charger company in India. In 2020 he sold the company to TVS. TVS-Sirius is still a major player in the field. He continues to consult with companies in the technical areas of product development as well as marketing.

As a mentor and productivity advisor, Kichu has been instrumental in shaping the futures of individuals and organisations alike. His expertise has been sought after by small, medium, and large-scale industries, senior executives, CXOs, and individuals striving to achieve exceptional results in their personal and professional lives.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Kichu’s passions extend into the culinary world with the establishment of Sree Krishna Kafe in 2003, a beloved eatery known for its authentic South Indian cuisine. His commitment to social advancement is evident through his role as a founding member and president of MAYA, an NGO dedicated to enhancing the livelihood of rural women, health programs, and other pivotal areas since 1990.

Kichu’s journey of personal and professional growth was significantly shaped by his experiences in Mumbai, where he was associated with esteemed institutions like Est and the Landmark Forum from 1979 to 1986. Under the mentorship of renowned figures such as Khursheed Merchant and a cadre of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program) masters including Dr. Richard Bandler, Dr. Fr. Dick McHugh, Krish Srikant and Dr. William Horton, Kichu honed his skills and philosophies. His expertise was further enriched by engagements with Judith Delozier, Judith Lowe, and Shelly Rose Charvet, among others, delving deep into Integral Eye Movement Therapy, weight loss, Metaphors of Movement and Business, Resonant Leadership, and Kinesiology (Psych-K).

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, Kichu has empowered a diverse clientele, including CEOs, CFOs, directors of multinational corporations, NGO leaders, first-generation entrepreneurs, and students. Over the last four decades, he has touched the lives of over 70,000 individuals across India and beyond.
